nf-4bioimage workshop
Join us for an exciting Bioimage Analysis Workshop in Tübingen on September 26th and 27th, 2024! This event will bring together experts from both the Nextflow/nf-core and OME/Bioimage communities, featuring presentations, hands-on training, and collaborative sessions.
The workshop will be held in-person at the Quantitative Biology Center (QBiC) and will also be accessible online via Gather Town.
Topics
This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to work on bioimage analysis using Nextflow, nf-core, and OME tools. We will cover a range of bioimage modalities, including:
- Light-sheet microscopy
- MACSima/CODEX
- MRI/CT scale imaging
The goal is to foster collaboration and exchange knowledge across the bioimage and Nextflow communities.
